The Constitutional Court did not make its decisions based on the law, it pronounced them based on opportunism and in defense of its interests! There is nothing to be expected from this Constitutional Court or from the person who directs it. So we will not even waste our time asking for her resignation. It is dignified people who resign! "

« A ce que je sache les salaires d’un président de la Cour constitutionnelle pendant trente ans ne peuvent pas justifier l’accumulation d’un tel patrimoine. Ça vient confirmer en fait ce qu’on a toujours dit, c’est-à-dire qu’on avait un régime ou un pouvoir de prédation des ressources publiques.

Et quand on voit les montants qui sont évoqués, on se rend bien compte que cette prédation concerne ceux qui sont à la tête des institutions et on comprend mieux pourquoi ces institutions prennent souvent les décisions iniques.

La Cour constitutionnelle ne prononçait pas ses décisions en droit, elle les prononçait en opportunité et en défense de ses intérêts ! On ne peut rien attendre de cette Cour constitutionnelle, ni de la personne qui la dirige. Donc on ne va même pas perdre notre temps à demander sa démission. Ce sont les gens dignes qui démissionnent ! »
