After being re-elected by the FIFA’s assembly in Geneva, despite the fact that seven senior officials of that organization were arrested by the Swiss police for corruption, the daily L’Union published a very hasty, too hasty shall we say, Makaya column, fawning and defending Sepp Blatter and welcoming his defiance to the "lesson givers". But the writers of L’Union forgot one thing; if they can afford to do anything they want, because they live and support a dictatorship on the daily basis, Sepp Blatter is under different rules because Westerners have long understood that corruption is the enemy of progress and is a factor to States gangrene. Westerners cannot accept that a corrupted person taunts them; their public opinion does not tolerate that! What had to happen, happened! Blatter has resigned. But the curious fact is, the Makaya column that promptly welcomed his re-election, has not yet commented on the resignation. Has Makaya lost his pen? Poor Gabon where they want people to find corruption normal!

Apres avoir été réélu par l’assemblée de la FIFA réunie à Genève, malgré le fait que 7 hauts responsables de cette organisation ait été arrêtés par la police helvétique pour corruption, le quotidien l’Union a publié un billet Makaya très hâtif, trop hâtif dirons-nous, adulant et défendant Sepp Blatter et se félicitant de sa défiance devant les « donneurs de leçon ». Mais les rédacteurs de l’Union oubliaient une chose ; si eux peuvent se permettre n’importe quoi car ils vivent et soutiennent une dictature au quotidien, Sepp Blatter lui est soumis à d’autres règles, car les occidentaux ont depuis longtemps compris que la corruption est l’ennemi du progrès et est un facteur de gangrène de sociétés. Les occidentaux ne peuvent pas accepter qu’un corrompu les nargue ; leur opinion publique ne le tolère pas ! Ce qui devait arriver, arriva ! Blatter a démissionné. Mais fait curieux, le billet Makaya qui s’est réjoui de sa réélection, n’a toujours pas commenté cette démission. Makaya a-t-il perdu sa plume ? Pauvre Gabon où on veut que les gens trouvent la corruption normale !
