During his appearance on the show " La Grande interview " of Gabon Television, Faustin Boukoubi said , regarding the local elections of 14 December 2013 in the 2nd district of Libreville , that the list led by Jean Eyeghe Ndong did prevail because of members of the PDG of that district, Eyeghe Ndong having " campaigned with the name Ali Bongo Ondimba." The General Secretary of the PDG desperate to stick to the recommendations made by his boss at the recent National Council of ther party , which intimated to his " hunting dogs" to inveigh members of the opposition, was eager to spread himself in the press. One must do everything to please the prince in order to preserve the "bones" that constitute the General Secretary of the PDG.
If it is recognized that from Boukoubi , anything other than this type of analysis devoid of any meaning cannot be expected, it is however necessary that we come back to it.
First, it appears that Mr. Boukoubi pretends to know nothing. Do not they say that none is more blind than one who does not want to see? The Gabonese people know, among other vile traits, that bad faith is one of the traits of the PDG leaders. Who would believe that in a district where the evocation of the name Ali Bongo and of PDG attracts only repulsive reactions and rejection, these could be used as assets? Therefore, you can have the actual numbers, not the official ones, of the results of various elections in the second district of Libreville since 2009. The PDG could only win the legislative elections in 2011 only because of the boycott advocated by the most representative opposition in the country and civil society organizations. Even alone in this election, the PDG still cheated to "fix" the pitiful results recorded. Come on, Mr. Boukoubi , pull yourself together ! We know that this defeat in the local election hurt you badly because in front of Mr. Eyeghe Ndong it was still the Deputy Secretary General of the PDG in person. In addition, we know that the lists " Libreville for all" won the majority of votes: despite the fact that all the minutes of all polling stations in the 1st, 5th and 6th dictricts of Libreville, gave them respectively 15 out of 25, 14 out of 27 and 13 out of 25 councilors, the Cenap and the Interior Ministry obeying orders, "made their sauce " and the Constitutional Court (the tower of Pisa) has once again leaned on the "right" side.

- 1996: local elections, the RNB wins 14 councilors against 4 for the PDG ;
- 1996: Jean Eyeghe Ndong of the PDG (1 seat) and Jules Mbah Bekale of the RNB (2nd seat) are elected to the Parliament. This is the first victory of the PDG in the district.
-2002 : Local elections, the list led by the PDG’s Jean Eyeghe Ndong won 12 of the 18 councilors of the disctrict against 6 of the PDG ;
-2006 : Jean Eyeghe Ndong of the PDG ( 1 seat) and Faustin Bile bi Essonne of RPG (2nd seat) are elected to the parliament ;
-2008 : Local elections , the list led by PDG’s Jean Eyeghe Ndong wins 12 councilors and 6 for the RPG. This is the last victory of the PDG in the district and you will grasp the cause, .
-2009 : André Mba Obame , the candidate supported by Jean Eyeghe Ndong and many others wins 79% of votes cast in the 2nd district of Libreville in the anricipated presidential elections on 30 August.
-2010 : Jean Eyeghe Ndong administers an "electoral spanking " to the tandem RPG-PDG during the by-election in June with 80.64 % ; leaving his opponents just a bare minimum , that is to say 19.36% .
-2013 : " Libreville for all" of Jean Eyeghe Ndong wins 19 of the 25 councilors in the district.

Lors de son passage à l’émission « La grande interview » de Gabon Télévision, Faustin Boukoubi a dit, s’agissant de l’élection locale du 14 décembre 2013 dans le 2e arrondissement de Libreville, que la liste conduite par Jean Eyeghe Ndong l’a emporté grâce aux pédégistes de cette circonscription, Eyeghe Ndong ayant « fait sa campagne avec le nom d’Ali Bongo Ondimba ». Le SG du PDG voulant à tout prix coller aux recommandations formulées par son patron au cours du récent conseil national de leur parti, qui intimait l’ordre à ses « chiens de chasse » d’invectiver les membres de l’opposition, s’est empressé de se répandre dans la presse. Il faut tout faire pour plaire au prince afin de préserver l’ « os » que constitue le secrétariat général du PDG.
S’il est admis que venant de Boukoubi, il ne faut s’attendre à rien d’autre que ce genre d’analyse dénuée de tout sens, il convient tout de même que l’on revienne dessus.
D’abord, force est de constater que M. Boukoubi feint de ne rien savoir. Ne dit-on pas qu’il n’y a pas plus aveugle que celui qui ne veut voir ? Les Gabonais savent qu’entre autres défauts, la mauvaise foi est l’un des traits de caractères des responsables du PDG. Qui pourrait croire que, dans un arrondissement où l’évocation du nom d’Ali Bongo et du PDG n’attire que des réactions répulsives et de rejet, on puisse en user comme atout ? Bien que vous l’ayez pris par effraction, vous avez le pouvoir. Par conséquent, vous avez la possibilité d’avoir les chiffres réels, pas officiels, des résultats des différentes consultations électorales au 2e arrondissement de Libreville depuis 2009. Le PDG n’a pu remporter les législatives de 2011 qu’à la faveur du boycott prôné par l’opposition la plus représentative du pays et la société civile organisée. Même seul à cette élection, le PDG a tout de même triché pour « arranger » les piteux résultats enregistrés. Allons, M. Boukoubi, ressaisissez-vous ! Nous savons que cette défaite aux locales vous a fait très mal car en face de M. Eyeghe Ndong c’était quand même le secrétaire général adjoint du PDG en personne. En outre, nous savons que les listes « Libreville pour tous » ont remporté la majorité des suffrages : en dépit du fait de la totalité des procès-verbaux de tous les bureaux de vote présentés aux 1er, 5e et 6e arrondissements de Libreville, leur donnant respectivement 15 des 25, 14 des 27 et 13 des 25 conseillers, la Cénap et le ministère de l’Intérieur aux ordres ont « fait leur sauce » et la Cour Constitutionnelle (la Tour de Pise ) a encore une fois penché du « bon » côté.
Ensuite, nous sommes en droit de nous poser la question de savoir pourquoi il y a une dichotomie entre le discours de la tête de liste PDG au 2e arrondissement et le vôtre, car nous l’avons tous vu à la télévision et lu dans les journaux affirmant de manière grotesque et pitoyable avoir été victime de la fraude ; le pyromane criant au feu, un comble ! Non, s’il vous plait, il aurait fallu que le secrétaire général adjoint du PDG et vous eussiez accordé vos violons au préalable pour être un tant soit peu crédible.
Par ailleurs, nous avons été informés des différentes tentatives de corruption faites en direction des commissaires représentants l’opposition, heureusement en vain. Nous avons été informés du remplacement unilatéral de certains scrutateurs de l’opposition par quelqu’un de la majorité, notamment dans plusieurs bureaux de vote des centres Martine Oulabou et St Michel, heureusement encore sans résultat, notre maillage de la circonscription ayant permis de résoudre ces problèmes très rapidement. Ce qui prouve à suffisance que les quelques pédégistes du 2e arrondissement ont tout fait pour sortir « vainqueur ?» de cette élection contrairement à ce que vous affirmez.
En fait, pouvez-vous vous demandez vous-même si les journalistes de l’émission « La grande interview » ont cru à l’argumentaire que vous avez développé au sujet du 2e arrondissement.
Enfin, à vos élucubrations M. Boukoubi, il convient de rappeler à votre mémoire la configuration politique du 2e arrondissement de Libreville depuis le retour du multipartisme jusqu’à nos jours.

Monsieur Boukoubi, quand on est un tant soit peu sérieux dans la fonction officielle que l’on occupe, on procède à des analyses fines plutôt que de débiter des inepties. Il est bon de faire état des chiffres réels sortis des urnes plutôt que de claironner sur les résultats auxquels vous-même êtes le premier à ne pas croire. Il suffit d’observer le sourire dont vous avez du mal à vous départir à la télévision.
Une analyse froide et objective permet de constater que le PDG n’a pu remporter des victoires électorales au 2e arrondissement de Libreville que lorsque Jean Eyeghe Ndong en était la locomotive. Passé dans l’opposition en 2009, son électorat a continué à lui accorder sa confiance.
Constat : le PDG n’a pas de place dans cet arrondissement, nonobstant une forte mobilisation financière pendant les dernières élections locales.
Monsieur Boukoubi, dire que Jean Eyeghe Ndong a fait la campagne avec le nom d’Ali Bongo, c’est pour cette raison que les pédégistes lui auraient accordé majoritairement leurs suffrages, quelle affabulation ; vous vous condamnez aux yeux de votre chef que vous traitez de traitre et vous vous condamnez aux yeux du PDG ainsi qu’aux yeux de tous les Gabonais.
Voilà un parti qui présente une liste dûment investie aux élections, mais dans le même temps, ses électeurs s’en détournent au motif que le candidat adverse ferait campagne avec le nom du « distingué camarade ». Comment comprendre !
Monsieur Boukoubi, quelle mouche vous a piqué pour venir étaler publiquement votre « distingué camarade » et votre parti d’une manière aussi pitoyable ! Ah les rumeurs ont toujours été et demeurent l’apanage du PDG. Comment accorder du crédit à de tels responsables du parti des « nasses ».
Boukoubi « tu m’as tuer » au 2e arrondissement et dans tout le Gabon devrait s’exclamer votre « distingué camarade » et nous comprenons désormais pourquoi il a songé à vous remplacer au dernier congrès de votre parti.
Dès maintenant, prenons rendez-vous pour 2016. Nous nous organisons déjà, tout comme vous, pour que le candidat de l’opposition unie remporte une victoire éclatante non seulement dans le 2e arrondissement de Libreville, ce qui est une évidence, mais aussi partout à travers le pays. Nous nous organisons et vous disons d’ores et déjà que le coup de 2009 ne se répètera pas. On s’y emploiera.
